Kat Haro

The bottom line about Kat is that she's one of the good ones, plain and simple. 

To elaborate on that, she has a way of holding agency line while making both end-client and vendor (me) feel like she's fighting for their interests...and this isn't just her being a good performer. She's doing it. 

Creative folks, developers, me, single-digit stakeholder committees representing huge government and bureaucratic entities can all be pretty difficult to work with...and rightly so I guess. But Kat has achieved a level of client-services mastery (I hate that word, but still) that allows her to let that part slip into the background and just do itself...which frees her up to get involved with a project, it's problems and personalities, and actually move the ball forward towards the end-zone. 

On top of that, she's a thoughtful and delightful person and I'd not hesitate to work on any given project with her, a team she runs, or a company that'd be smart enough to keep her around.
